Recenzii

"These contenders for the title of ‘world’s best short-short stories’ are by some of the best micro and flash writers I know of, writers such as Katherine Weber, Bruce Holland Rogers, Sherrie Flick, Deb Olin Unferth, Bruce Boston, and Aimee Bender. How can they do it in less than five hundred words—suspense, revelation, a twist of metaphor or plot or character, and sometimes all—before you can turn the page? It’s like levitation—I’m skeptical, but seeing is believing. A good book by two editors who are excellent flash fiction writers themselves.”
Robert Shapard, co-editor of New Sudden Fiction and Flash Fiction Forward

"You Have Time For This is a run of fifty-three epiphanies, narrative poetic diamonds. It’s the kind of book you can carry around with you, nudge a friend, and say, ‘Hey, listen to this!’ It’s a textbook in conciseness and precision, a kind of litmus against your own self indulgence. It’s also a great teaching tool. Over the years Tom Hazuka has become the master of writing and mining these gems. What a pleasure.”
Chuck Rosenthal, author of The Loop Trilogy

“A really good flash fiction is like a story overheard at a bar—personal, funny, dangerous, and sometimes hard-to-believe. You Have Time For This distills those qualities and many others into quick tall tales by writers who are as talented as they are magical.”
Kevin Sampsell, author of A Common Pornography and Beautiful Blemish
