JOAN ENRIC RICART I COSTA is Professor of General Management at IESE Business School, University of Navarra, Barcelona, Spain. He is Associate Dean for the Research and Doctoral Programme and Chairman of the General Management Department and has substantial experience of teaching and research and many publications. He is currently President of the European Academy of Management.

BRIAN SUBIRANA is Associate Professor at IESE Business School, University of Navarra, Barcelona, Spain. He holds a Doctorate in Philosophy in Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management. He teaches in-company programmes in management for companies such as SUN Microsystems, ING, Fortis, 3i, and Bertelsmann. Business Week ranks IESE No. 1 in the world for custom executive programmes.

JOSEP VALOR-SABATIER is Professor of Information Systems at IESE Business School, University of Navarra, Barcelona, Spain. He has a Ph.D. in Operations Research from Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he has also been Visiting Professor of Management and many publications.
