Ina Fabian a dat nota:
I’ve missed the world of circus, the characters and the magic of this book serie for a year. Maybe that’s why I devoured this book so fast. I don’t usually get attached to the characters in a book, but this time I felt the main characters delivered exactly what they needed to. My favourite character overall still remains Dante. Maybe because it remained mysterious and hard to read until the end. Since ‘The Night Circus’, I wanted to find a book similar to it and I’ve found it. Even though the romance part was sometimes a bit to much for me (and lowered my rating), it still made me cheer for someone in the end. I loved that the characters were mature and made honest mistakes. For a book with so many characters, I liked that each one played an important part in the story. The author took time with each of them, making them interesting enough and giving them a special task. I didn’t felt like the story was dragged in any way and it made me curious until the end. Overall, I think the story ended well: a world of magic where games never seem to end, but those were the ones that added sparks to the story.
