David Parker, Andrew Clarke, Marc Posthouwer & Angelo Veljanovski, all at Victoria University, Australia David Parker is a senior lecturer in law in the Victoria Law School at Victoria University, where he coordinates the law program. Professor Andrew Clarke is the head of Victoria Law School at Victoria University. Angelo Veljanovski is a lecturer in law at the Victoria Law School at Victoria University, and is a practising lawyer. Marc Posthouwer is a lecturer at the Victoria Law School at Victoria University
